Did you ever wonder what I meant? I swear I’ve been so blind
Past regrets and words wouldn’t be enough to fix what I left behind
Spoken words without a meaning went in reverse in fear of bleeding
This is men no love for healing. It was my mistake for misjudging
I never had the time and I’m tired of excuses.
It’s not gonna work anymore
Tear out the pages from my past, past
Drown out the thoughts, no turning back.
Wandering in a dream I found myself in bad miles unknown
Sometimes it’s the one true way down a rabbit hole we go
Speeding right up into feeders and in a way you end up winning
Sabotage is in the mirror, in comes a fire you start with beginning
I never had the time and I’m tired of excuses
It’s not gonna work anymore
Tear out the pages from my past
Drown out the thoughts no turning back, back
These words may be set in stone
Won’t last for long I’ll write my own
Tear out the pages from my past
Drown out the thoughts no turning back
I break all of my chains that weigh my heat straight into the ground
Hostage falls free instead
I will learn to love some day
Drown out the thoughts no turning back
These words may be set in stone. Won’t last forever I’ll write my own
REPEAT CHORUS

Seven Day Rain Bangkok, Thailand
Jeff Taschner and Mark Walczynski began experimenting with jazz and the exotic music of Southeast Asia in the 1980's,
eventually collaborating with well-known Milwaukee/Madison saxophonist and band leader Ray Rideout on the album ‘Everything Begins Again’.
Their present project: ‘Shhh…’ is more exotic and features several female vocalists. Another new album, and an EP will be added soon.
